Men’s Garage: Mental Health Awareness (29th June 2025) Silent Battles, Bold Voices: Men’s Mental Health Matters

Men often fight silent battles, carrying burdens that go unseen. On Sunday, 29th June 2025, Moishyee Fountain of Hope Foundation invites all men aged 18 and above to the Men’s Garage: Mental Health Awareness event at Lysak Haven Park, Machakos Town.

This is a safe space for men to share, learn, and support each other through real conversations about mental health. The event is free, and it’s all about breaking the stigma, empowering men to speak up, and finding strength in brotherhood.
